Pepe this will be to your delight! I got a new flat screen moniter and took another gander at the picture and I think I agree with you now . First the engine just dosent seem scale to the car and second this looks to be a photoshop mistake , look at the first header pipe closest to the grill behind the tire there is a chunk mysteriously missing.

Are we talking about the same vehicle? I thought we were talking about Hotrod74's blue s-10.

Or are we talking about Famous4130's coupe?

Back to engines

Here's mine ...during build. I need to clean it back up now to this level.

That's Cadillac Blue on the 396/402 block. I put a serpentine belt system from a modern truck 454 and modified it with another pully to use the original rotation water pump. I used a modern truck radiator and shroud.

Ceramic headers, Edelbrock quadrajet and RPM intake. The engine was rebuilt by an old local speed shop. Roller rockers. 6 qt oil pan and external oil filter kit. Mini starter and GM HEI distributor.

1 Gauge battery cables and customized wiring with a new harness. Braided stainless fuel line with pressure gauge and Holley manual fuel pump. Flexible stainless radiator hoses.

Sorry to fuel this quarrel even further but I think pepi is right.

I don't think the entire engine is fake just the hillborn type stacks.

I think they are nothing more than a fabbed up series of tubes covering a plain ol' carb

It does appear that there is a carb stuck under there. Good eyes, Pepi.

Some observations .BUT its a very cool car and I don't want to knock some ones creation by calling it fake, so whoever the poster of the original picture could you take another one to show it is real.

Yea the pipes are fake, he didnt say it was injected, but that fancy air filter costs as much as my motor. And the rear wheel horsepower is suspect, but its a good looking truck. Hell fake boobs are great, no reason to throw off on a mans ride or the man. Ill be your Huckleberry Wormy.
