350 4 bolt engine block code help

I'm trying to find out the exact date my block was made, and the only block codes I could see on the block are:14010207, V08U2FSM, and CE4101073. Some of the sites i've been to reported that the block was made between '80-'85. Sorry if this is the second posting, but I could not find my first post.

Look on the bell housing area of your block. You will find something that looks like this: A 3 4 Or A 3 84
This breaks down as the date code. A - January B - Feb. (You get the idea)
3 - Jan. 3rd 4 - 1984
This will tell you the exact day the block was cast. I looked up the suffix code of FSM but cannot locate one.
