Should work fine. It's a SpreadBore similar to a QuadraJet.

I don`t know if they are like the older spread bore holley`s. if they are I`d rather have a Quadrajet. Why is due to you can only use a stud on the rear bolts and it`s a PITA to get the nut in because the rear bowl is right on top of it. Next I hated it don`t have a adjustable float, you gotta take the bowls off to adjust the floats and if you don`t get it right off it comes again until of course, you ending up breaking the gasket or it`s too compressed to seal anymore. When it needs a rebuild you gotta order a kit that costs $80 bucks as it`s the only kit they have. I found a company called AED that had a kit for around $30. After a while, I got tired of the hassle of the holley`s short comings so I went back to a Quadrajet.
