4.9l ford inline 6
i have a 1991 ford f150 w/4.9l and has efi need a motor for it and found one but it has a carb on it and is a 1984 can i use my efi on the 1984 model engine

intake, exhaust, distributor, ect... anything that looks diffrent probably needs swapped over

A friend of mine ran into that very thing about 2 years ago and needed the carb motor and was sent the efi motor..would not work..head is different as I recall..
