According to "Chevrolet by the numbers" - 1965 - 1969, by Alan L. Colvin.
Under engine suffix codes, it shows HC to indicate a:
1965: 327 250HP Powerglide,4-BBL
1967: 327 275HP Powerglide
1968: 327 275HP Powerglide,4-BBL
1969: 350 250HP 3-,4 speed,2-BBL
DoubleVision: I don't remember there being a 275HP 327 in 1965.
Ravenstorm873: check the casting number and date to determine if it might be the original engine. Both are found on the rear, top portion of the block close to the bellhousing/transmission mounting point

I think the numbers you give are the intake numbers which comes out as this:
3905393 4BBL Rochester 1967 327 275
350 295

So what's your best guess

Do you think this is the original engine with this car, i can't find any other numbers, but it seems everything told to me is true.
