289 modification
I am building a drag strip 289. my question is can I use 351 Cleveland heads for more power and speed. any help will be appreciated.

Yes, it can be done with the appropriate modifications to the heads water passages, the correct pistons to match the canted valve head, and the correct intake and headers. Ford did this, it was called the BOSS 302.
