2K Clearcoat sprayed - Do I cut and buff?

I'm painting a few plastic pieces in my car's engine bay. I just finished spraying a 2K clearcoat by SprayMax. Everything looks very shiny and glossy. Is it necessary to cut and buff the clearcoat now? If so, should I wetsand then use rubbing compound or just use rubbing compound?

Thanks,
flips712

Will cutting and buffing it make it shine more? And how do you do it? After you wetsand it do you apply rubbing compound? Or do you need to spray more clearcoat after you wetsand it? Is the clearcoat stronger if you don't cut and buff it?

Thank you,

All the right answers

You said it all you can wet sand it but good luck trying to melt back on some small pieces but then u will have to rub it out by hand. To make it cherry u said it sand it with 600 wet and then reclear the pieces. That is how u will get show results but remember clear is the most expensive thing sometimes.
