1952 Mercury hood ideas
Hello:
Has anyone used a 1952-54 Lincoln hood on a 1952 Mercury? All ideas/suggestions will be appreciated. From the Big Shift (as in Floor Shift) Hot Rod Barn, Thanks, Bib Shift Register now (free) or login to remove ads

1952 Mercury hood ideas
Thanks for replying.
I have studied various pictures from ebay and others. The hoods seem to match, however, when I found a Lincoln hood on ebay, I called the seller and asked for measurements to compare to my Mercury hood. The numbers were close but no cigar! I'd like to measure a Lincoln hood if I could find one or see where a Lincoln hood had been used on a Mercury. I don't want to spend money for a Lincoln hood and find it won't work. I'll keep trying. Thanks, Big Shift
