1967 Cougar
I'm not sure if this is the correct category, but I just bought a headlight switch and it appears that the headlight door (hidden) vacuum distribution is now part of the switch instead of the valve on the inner fender. Does anyone know if this is correct ? There wasn't any instructions included with the switch.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Register now (free) or login to remove ads |

Sounds to me like you have a switch for a 1968 cougar instead of a 67. JMO
1967 is the only year that has (Headlight Vacuum Solenoid) then in 68 went to what you are describing with the one you have. 67 cougar and T-bird have the same set-up the rest are different. In the pics below the one on the left is for the 67 and the one on the right is for the 68 cougar. Cole |
