1940 pontiac--Adjusting door hinges
Hello:
My name is Dave and i am having a terrible time trying to adjust the door hinges on my 1940 Pontiac. Can anyone give me some ideas where I can get information on tihis? I would like to keep the original look without going to aftermarket hidden hinges. Thanks, Dave Register now (free) or login to remove ads

Post photos of the hinges and door shut saying where the problem is. Is the back too high, is the back to low, is the front upper gap tight, is the front lower gap too tight? Explain what the problem is and post the photos of the hinges and we can help you being not all of us have a working knowledge of a 40 Pontiac door.
