292 and 250

Will a 250 integrated head fit a (non integrated) 292? What about pushrods. I assume use pushrods from 292. have crack in head and have 250 motor with good head.

It'll work using the 292 pushrods but will choke the engine with the small ports and valves, your best bet is to find a pre '72 head off a 250 or 292, usually pretty cheap on Craigslist or Nickel want ads.
