302 Windsor
Hi everyone, I have a 302 Windsor short block that I'm having trouble trying to decode the cast numbers, can anyone help?
Unfortunately the start of the cast number (by the starter motor) is not ledgable but the rest of it reads 015-BA and just below that is 5L26.
I'm quessing the 5L26 stands for 26th Nov 1975, however from what I can make out the BA is in reference to a BOSS motor, specifically a 71 BOSS motor, however it does not have screw in frost plugs and it does not have 4 bolt mains.
What have I got???
