355 cid cam choice

I have a 355 cid with speed pro pistons 10:6:1 w/64cc heads patroit per. 2151 vortec heads 185cc intake 60cc exhaust w/64cc combustion chamber Edelbrock Rpm intake. I have talked to both cam companies and I would like to know which cam would make the most tq and hp Comp Cams 274/286 or Voodoo 268.

1992 camaro 3250 with driver 2400 stall th350 hoping for 11 sec daily driver if possibly

imo i would use the comp cam, with 650 carb, and 3.73. gear or 4.10 with 26 in tire. Might check the dcr with that cam and that much compression it should run on pump gas,but would be worth checking, i see some mid to high 12s with that set up
