1969 Chevy 153 4cyl flywheel info

I have a 69 mail jeep dj5a with 153 Chevy 4 cyl I'm trying to figure out what flywheel I can
run to convert to Manual trans it had powerglide originally and think flexplate looks just like Chevy v8 does anyone know if v8 flywheel will bolt up to 4 cyl thanks any info appreciated

Same as a V-8, L-6, beauty of older chev.... interchangeability!!!
