4.0L main bearing seal replacement

4.0L in Ford Explorer Sprot Trac, how hard is it to replace the Main Bearing Seal. I know about pulling engine and Trans, anyother hidden problems.

Once you get the trans un-hooked from the engine you will need to remove the flywheel/flexible to view the rear of the block, and you should invest is a seal puller and installer to get the job done properly. Not necessary but really makes the job alittle better. At least get the puller you can put it back in with something else .IMHO Don't think i left anything out but if i did maybe someone else will chime in to help.
