2001chevy 5.3

Whats the best cam to run in a 5.3 i am needing some info on cams, valve springs,thinking about porting heads would apperciate any help thanks

The maximum cam I'd ever try in a non-boosted 5.3 is a Comp 54-455-11. Want more cam? Get more cubes.
