200-4r lockup wire diagram questions

I wanted to do a 1st gear lockup, for winching through the transfer case mounted pto. I was told by a transmission shop, that 1st gear lockup is impossible, due to the fluid flow. Beyond that, he couldn't say without looking.
found all kinds of info on 700r4 wiring, but very little on 200r4 internals.

GM did not provide oil pressure in 1st gear for lock up in the design of 200-4r or the 700r4 trans.
