Is a shrinking disc what I need.....?

I recently replaced a quarter skin on my 69 camaro and got some warpage towards the rear. It's a section about 5 inches in diameter, and it bulges out not in. I've smoothed it out somewhat with hammers and dolly's nut i'm amatuer at best. So do I need to hit the inside of it with a shrinking disk.....thanks for any advice.

Consider shrinking it with a torch. Heat a section the size of a quarter to red hot and lighlty hammer in a concentric motion around the hot spot working towards the middle. Let cool and check the results.
