Just sprayed my truck cab with yellow acrylic enamel and it was turning out beautiful. No orange peel and smooth. Until the end where a drop of paint fell from the molding and landed on the body. Then a sag developed on the last section I painted. How long should I wait to sand these out and respray the section?

It will be soft for awhile, I'd wait overnight at a minimum then wetsand the panel and reshoot. The paint will be soft and the sanding will be a little strange with the material tending to roll off and clump clogging the paper maybe but it can be done. Waiting a few more days will make the sanding easier.

Or just wait a week and sand only the run off then buff if you have enough material on.
