Side Window Alignment - '68 Mustang Coupe

While re-installing the windows during the rebuild of my '68 Coupe, there's a 1/2" gap at the top of the driver window. The vent window lines up perfectly, as do the doors and I have all new weatherstrip. What am I missing? Is there an adjustment on the regulator I don't see?

Should be an upper stop adjustment. It's a 7/16" head bolt attached to a bracket near the top of the door. Probably one for the front and one for the rear portion. Good Luck. Stu
