I'd just want to see the facts from both sides of the story before, signing any thing , clearly there was something to this..
I asked a simple question.. I didn't get an answer of, there wasn't any found at on the boat.. more needs to be known before signing something blindly..
is that not fair?

Back to the original post.....The people putting together likely have a case,,,,However, the picture above is totally misleading....The case has nothing to do with police brutality....Pretty poor way of trying to get the point across

I saw past the title (brutality) but read and researched and signed the petition on the merit of finding the truth on what looks like a Biased legal system!

I know, the "Police Brutality" poster was what I happened to have, should have just gone with the petition and ABC7 link.

What it boils down to, because the man on the sailboat tiller blew a 0.09, 0.01 above the threshold, he was charged with manslaughter, while the Sheriff, who had been drinking the entire afternoon, decided it would be fun for a 50 MPH romp in his speedboat, plowing through and over the sailboat that and been becalmed and not moving. This Sheriff who should of been blood tested, was not, plus he lied as to the lights on the sailboat. The Sheriff and DA are buds, plus this lakefront community has a very large retired LEO population.
