Simple Homemade Tool: Flexible Pickup Magnet

Hey guys, been a while but I have a very simple homemade tool that can be handy, a flexible pickup magnet. I believe you can buy these but you can make your own for cheaper and in about 5 minutes.

Materials Needed:

Extendable Magnet

Length of 14 G Solid Wire ( I used approx. 8 1/4")

Tools Needed:

Side cutters
Wire strippers
Vise

First cut the extendable magnet, (mine was broken so made it easier)
Then cut the wire to desired length and strip the ends
Insert into cut off magnet then crimp it down, I found the vise worked best.

That's it.
