I ran a procomp (SkipWhite) HEI in my 351W for about 3 years in a '67 Cougar. No problems, sure it was a cheap HEI but worth every penny over factory points set up.
Along with tools in the trunk I kept a HEI module just in case.

I put one HEI in my 68 FORD RANCHERO 302 WORKS GREAT put one in my sons 52 chevy truck 406 running great,I will deal with SKIP WHITE PERFORMANCE for parts for now on.

I have purchased a few different items, the chevy HEI is still going strong no problems 3 or 4 years now, yes good customer service.
For what it is worth the big quart SBC oil pan i got from them with the kick out sides on the bottom sump was not of very good fit quality, took lots of creative tweaking to get it to fit right on the block and gaskets. Good thing the motor was on a stand.
