I'm looking at building a 383

Kit includes:
Probe forged pistons
Scat 9000 Cast Crank
Forged 4340 H-beam Rods
Hasting Rings
King Main & rod Bearings
Powerforce Balancer
SFI Flex Plate

It does not say anywhere in his ad that they are Scat H-Beam Rods

The weak link here is the unknown rods. The other parts are adequate.

Research who makes the rods, see what you can do for an upgrade if they're not good enough for your needs.
