Skull shifter extension?

Any one know where I can get a skull shifter extension for an automatic transmission? With the disengage button built in so it wont pop into reverse if hit. A buddy of mine wants to put one in his new PT Cruiser Grocery Getter. No really, a buddy of mine. One was seen put into a PT on the MTV show "Viva La Bam"

Not that I would ever have such a thing on any car that I owned, but Lokar just introduced such a hideous thing.

PT Cruiser....... Skull shifter...... must..... not.... flame.... must ....not....laugh.....

So, does he figure the skull shift will give him the extra hp to beat those Pontiac Aztecs off the line!! Strike fear into the hearts of Honda Element drivers!! Lay waste to unsuspecting Toyota Matrix pilots!!

Just kidding... in any case, Bam Margera has almost unlimited money from being a pro skater and tv / movie celeb, the conversion to his mom's car may have required some custom work.
