can any body tell me how to use my profile pic as my defalut pic, so my car can b beside me name like everybody else pic

Go to User CP (top left) and go into avatars....you can upload it from your computer there

did you figure it out?
often, you have to make pics smaller. if i haven't done it for a while it always takes me a minute to remeber how.
