slight hesitation at take off

I have a slight hesitation at take off and i am not sure what it could be? Could it have to do with the squirter or the the accelrator pump spring giving to much fuel or not enough?

This is usually the squirter being too small, not enough fuel being added, as long as the timing is right for your application. Make sure there is no free clearance at idle on the pump arm to lever, but make sure there is also still some spring left to compress with the throttle held wide open, you don't want to bind the linkage at wide open throttle.

Make sure the accelerator pump squirts instantly with even the slightest throttle movement, any lag is bad.
