sloshing sound in my Sebring

My daily driver, a Sebring convertible has developed a sloshing sound when I stop and excellerate..Sounds like it's coming from the back..I thought I had water in the trunk..no dice. My best guess is it's the gas tank. If the cap loses pressure can that result in this? Weird. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Keith

You could try cleaning out the weep holes on the doors, might be there. If you are especially brave, a small hole in the rocker might yield some water too.

I'm brave..Good drainage dosen't hurt anything..I may give that a try..if nothing comes out..it at least eliminates that issue..

Appreciate the comments hotrodders..

I think you're on to something Blue...I just read at a Sebring forum that water in the rockers is a common problem..need to check the weep holes and possibly enlarge them.

Thanks,

Keith
