Running kerosene or diesel in the engine while running is sure to wash the bearings out of the motor.
If it were mine , I would pull the valve cover, and vauum....YES Vacuum the sludge out of the top of the engine.
Then pull the pan and clean it out along with the pickup screen.
Put both back on, pan first, the pour oil over the valve train, and then put the top cover on, oil each cylinder, and crank the engine over with out the plugs in, so it spins as fast as possible.
When it pressure up, screw in the plugs, prime the carb, and you should get some action
You will need to use a synthetic oil or a conventional oil with a ZDDP additive in that oldie but goodie.
