yes you would need spacers, unless it was a 1967 302 which was a small journal. large journal 2.450 compared to small journal 2.300, and by the way, who do you know who has a 302 block? and even if so, why do this? why run a short stroke crank for a high revver and get your doors blown off by a equally prepared 350 cause it`s making more torque?
