Small LSD differentials from junkyard....

I'm building a miniature Formula style race car running a 600cc engine. We're looking to use an LSD from a small car and I'm wondering what y'all have seen around junkyards. I've heard of using Audi Quattro diffs, and Mini's. I'm hoping to find some other ones but really have no idea what LSDs are out there.

You might also check with racing kart suppliers.
