Small port big block chevy heads
i have a set of small port open chamber heads that i plan on putting it on a 454 and i was going to leave the 2.06 intake valves and put a 1.88 exhaust in it. and a 3-angle valve job. something just for the street. any opions welcome!!

What casting numbers?
Be aware of running too much cr. Older small port heads also have smaller combustion chambers. In general, a street engine with a mild cam will run good with small port heads. Should be fine and will get better mpg. Headers will make a bigger improvement but also make a lot of noise.
