Smaller brakes for a '95 vette rear-end?

I'm putting a rear suspension from a '95 Corvette on my '49 Chevy truck. I'm wanting to use "old school" steel wheels. A set of 15"x10" wheels won't fit over the larger brakes. Is there an easy/inexpensive way to convert them to a smaller set-up. I have drum brakes now so smaller disks will still be much better.

Thanks
Ed

From what I've seen of steel wheels I can get a 16"x10" but not a 17"x10" and I don't think that there is as wide of a variety of tires for the bigger wheels. I'm thinking something like the Mickey Thompson Sportsman or something like that.

1984 to 87 corvettes used smaller rotors I have them front and rear on my 36 you could trade them lots of corvette owners go to bigger brakes on early c-4s
the whole wheel bearing parking brake asm whould have to be changed it will also bring you wheels in on each side.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll go look on e-bay and see what I can find. I just don't think my truck will look right with 18" wheels.
