Smoothing Intake Runners on BBC Heads

Hi "again" guys,
I would like to smooth out the runners on my BBC #215 heads and noticed that there are rocker arm stud bosses that protrude into two ports. Is is safe to remove the bosses to smooth out the runners to match the others?

No. You'll cut into the threads if you do. They don't account for any measurable flow loss.
