let me fix it for you..

does anyone want to pay for quality anymore.
in AMERICA we've become people that only "I" can earn a fair wage, everyone else should work for peanuts..
they speak this every day as they buy the imported item to save a few bucks..

whats the American company to do.. "can't beat um, join um.."

and so here we are..

None of the Tools are, or should be. They all say USA on them if you look.
NOW...some of the promotional doo dads and give away stuff IS made in china, like hats, coffee mugs, Diagnostic 8 Balls etc.
Just look for the USA on them and you be fine.

What about Canada? One of my sockets is stamped Can, dated 1961. I have another socket without a country stamp on it at all. It looks older (not '61), but it doesn't have a date code on it.

Yes, some of the snap on tools are made over seas. Go to their web site, punch in their part number and in the discription of the part it'll show the country of origin. CTS561 is an electric screw driver, made in China!
