Socket size stickers
 

I really like the idea what Craftsman did with their sockets. Using very large numbred sizes on the sockets. Must be old age? Anyway, does anyone make stickers with socket sizes that can be placed on a used set of sockets?

Iv'e not seen any but I think they would get ruined fairly quickly. I'm looking for sockets that will jump back up into your hand after youv'e dropped them. Thats probably another old age thing too.

howbout when you drop a nut in the grass and have to push your car back to look for it, that makes me mad

Get some transparent sticker paper for your computer, use word to make the lettering, stick them on and touch just around and on the stickers with some dupli color clear coat to seal them in.

You will find them on the Snap-on truck.

I bought 2 sets from Snap On for my impact sockets. now they don't fall over in the drawer no more

those racks are the best,i have them for all 3/8" and 1/2"impacts, after awhile you'll be able to just look at the socket or bolt head and know what size it is

i love hansen socket trays. The other day i was on the snap on truck with another tech from my work and i was talkn about trading in my snap on roll cab for a bigger one. The tech told me iv got plenty of room, if i stop makeing everything lay flat, and orginaized in my drawers. He has draws just full of crap with no orginazition, im still tryning to figure out how he is as fast as he is. But yea, those trays, are amazing, im geting the 1/2 drive and 1/4 drive ones soon since my socket collectiong is almost complete.

For those who drop things while you are working, and don't we all, my grandfather who was a mechanic for many years told me when you drop something stay quiet until you hear it hit last. Then you know if it is on the floor, or hung up somewhere on the vehicle. So quiet and listen carefully. Yes they make all kinds of socket stickers you can find them on the net or if you have a Northern Tools store nearby they have them.

How about engraving them..there are tools for that..

Stickers? I was thinking about engraving braille on mine ,LOL.

I have done that on some of My sockets.
