solid cam & lifters

i know you cant mix up lifters. can you put new lifters on a used cam?

Yes you can do that as long as the cam is not worn out on the lobes, What you have to have in mind is that you need to brake the cam & lifters in as they were new... If you do that you shouldn't have any problems. Just be sure to use Quality lifters and brake in oil.
