Hi there,

Today is translating my wife so I hope that she is better than Google translator:-)) Thank you for the link to interesting websides with good prices but I wouldn´t like to buy Edelbrock, I would like to buy Carter. I have two reasons for it. First reason is that original is Carter in my car and the second reason is that I think Edelbrock looks like too modern. I would like to save period visage. In my country lot of people change their carburators to Edelbrocks and I want to be different (like my hot-rod).

So if you know some another producer od carburators I would be very grateful. Thank you very much.

Hi,

I am very happy that you like my hot-rod. We built it with my brother. From the original car we had only the roog and windscreen. My brother is very good body builder. If you are interested in, I can send some photo of course of a building. Our big dream is to go to salt pan in Boneville and enjoey the ride with my hot-rod.

You could always put a Carter TQ/ThermoQuad on it.

Most carbs will warp & leak when over tightened. I don't think He'll have a problem with heat buildup in that ride + in the Czech Republic, Brrrrrrr.

Thanks to all

Thanks to all for your advices. I finallly decided for Edelbrock. I have ordered it and I will pick up it in 14 days in New York on my trip to U.S.A.

I need one more advice. I would like to visit some hot-rod shop in New York, Washington DC or Orlando. Do you know some shop like this in these cities?

If you are interested in, here you can see some photos.
