OK...Just exactly what in the hell is that supposed to be? What is the purpose? I have seen some odd and pointless things done to cars in my time but that beats all.
I never thought I'd say this, mainly because I own a Jeep Wrangler that I plan to lift but....Thank you GOD for inventing the bumper law!!! RB P.S. How do you know if you get a flat?
