that's what I want to know does it sound or seem seized
I could guess that their is a major problem.
What I'm after in someone who has had enough experience to diagnose the problem down to one or 2 things before I have to do something major like pull the engine.
Well that doesn't sound good at all. I'd reexamine the engine oil. I'd thin it with some gas or paint thinner an look for bearing material. Small pieces of silver or copper colored flakes. But if it sounded like that an now it won't turn over I'd say its taken a dirt nap.
Sounds like it could be a valve issue. It has the sound of a dead cylinder, but it might be head work, not engine replacement. I'd at least do a compression test to see if it narrows down to one cylinder or more.
Sounds like it's bottom end, usually upper parts make a more clicking sound. Really sounds like a piston slapping around, or maybe the rod slapping the crank due to bad bearings.
and joey camero your said " ..piston slapping around, or maybe the rod slapping the crank due to bad bearings.." this is serious stuff = rebuild, or is there another option.
You can easily hear the sound of compression popping back through a valve, or an air popping noise in the video. That could be timing jumped from a worn out belt, chain, or timing set. But could be a stuck valve, or some other issue in the head. I'd still start with a compression test before moving on to other things.
