Southern Polyurethane Epoxy

I just shot this stuff on my hood for the first time and an hour later it feels tacky. It also has a sheen to it. Does all this sound normal?

Yes,
Tackiness will be decided how wet you appled it along with gloss.
Let it set overnight and tomorrow do what you want to it.
