i've heard both good and bad but the bottom line is you cant tell till you try it. esp with the help of a dyno. most of the ones i've seen people use have the ones with four holes in them. good for top end usually. if you can get one free i'd at least try it. but i wouldnt buy one unless you knew for sure with your engine and how you drive it will help
