Spark Plug Question
I am looking for what heat range plug to start with in a motor I am building for my brother. When we got it it had AC-Delco R44T plugs. It is a 355 SB Chevy, World Torquer heads, straight plug, Flat tops, Solid Comp Cams, Victor JR. probably 750 DP, GM HEI with MSD conversion and coil. I usually use Autolite plugs and am wondering what plug to start with.

R43 or R44 is just about right for starters. Personally I would stick with AC Delco over Autolite. I would even run Motorcraft over Autolite
