Post spark plug wiring with straight boots

looks like with the headers that came on this truck i need to run straight boots. but it looks like this will be kinda messy looking and use lots of wire. the only why i can see useing 90% boots is to run them under the headers and snug to the block. not real hip on this idea, would rather keep the wires as far from the headers as possible.

suggestions, pics????

The problem with my truck is that with the straight plugs, the boots hit or lay against the headers. I am going to try the plug wires that have a 45 degree angle. These should clear my headers ok. Not sure on yours.
