spark plugs for 383 stroker

I have a 383 stroker engine (500+hp) and I'm currently running the Autolite racing spark plugs. After 2000 miles the plugs are carboned up.
Is there a better plug? I don't 'get on' the engine much.
thanks

Pre 1960 most race cars ran hot plugs to warm up and cold ones for racing as ignition outputs were far lower. Try a stock plug for a high comp 350 and if it pings go a range or two colder - trial and error.
If as you say, you don't get up it much you may be better off with 2 sets of plugs. Or a higher output ignition, or a leaner fuel curve. Trial and error again.
