Looks like the right one.
If you're thinking tighter makes it stop leaking, that isn't how it works.
There's an inner seal in the speedo housing that seals the speedo gear.
You can replace the seal or the whole housing. Sometimes the speedo gear gets worn badly where the seal contacts it and you need to replace the gear too.

Ok when I tighten the nut down the cable is still very lose I would think that tighting the nut the cable would also be stable. Pls check out my pics. Thanks for all the help
