speedway spindles issue...help

I recently purchased a set of 37-48 Ford spindles from speedway motors. When I took them to the machine shop, the machinist observed them to be defective (not seating right on the axle/ground down un even). Has anyone had an issue with them before? Is speedway motors pretty good about replacing them? Thanks!

I have had very good luck with Speedway, they are good folks, I'd give them a call.

Speedway is terrific, in my opinion, to deal with. I always work with Brian Robinson up there.
