I installed it on my computer and it seems to work pretty good. It is a free it is freeware for personal use. Just thought it would help out a few members.

I have considered putting an inline spell checker on the board, so that people could check their spelling before they posted.

I figured my head would be on a pitchfork before long though .

I wasn't thinking of putting it in the board, but offer it to those who want to install it on their computer. Some people don't like making mistakes, but have no way of checking, short of pulling out a dictionary.

Ah, I see. Good idea.

Another option for checking single words is Dictionary.com.

Also, a lot of people don't know that google is hooked up with Dictionary.com. Anytime you do a search on google, you'll see the phrase: "Searched pages for "your search terms here" in the blue bar above your search results. The search terms are actually links to Dictionary.com defintions, so you can see if your words are spelled correctly.

This spell checker works in the post and reply box. Just thought that some people that are conscious of there spelling may be interested.

I have a spelling checker.
It came with my PC.
It plane lee marks four my revue
Miss steaks aye can knot see.

Eye ran this poem threw it.

Its very polished in its weigh,
My checker tolled me sew.

A checker is a blessing.
