Spool whit OEM axles?

I've got a 10 bolt and want to run a spool. Can I do so with the original axles and ce-clip eliminator kit?

Yes you can use Oem axles with c-clip eliminators. If you ever break one you can go to a good aftermarket axle and gain some strength.

I got away with it, and I wasn't even using a c-clip eliminator. still, don't do it.

It is very dangerous to run a spool with OEM axles. If one breaks the other axle will spin you around faster than you can react. With a posi or open rear end, if one axle breaks the car stops, with a spool the remaining axle keeps pulling. NHRA does not allow OEM axles on locked rear ends for this reason.

Aftermarket axle rule is at 10.99 and quicker. Many cars at the track with Shortened OEM axles and a spooled rear.

Re-check the rule book. It says 10.99 or quicker or any car with locked differential.
