Spray foam

Is there a spray foam I can use to fill large voids in my interior so I can shape and smooth before covering with vynil ?

Are you talking about something like Great Stuff? Do not use it, it will loosen up and squeak like a herd of mice. Why do you want to do this?

You scarde me for minute when I first saw your post.I thought you were talking about filling a hole in your body Sill for example. The used car lots around here are rumoured be using Great Stuff to do Body work

spray foam

I metal panalled where my 1/4 panal windows were , now I want to fill in the 2 inch recession on the inside so I can put vynil over it for a smooth look .

Just make some panels with the pvc board and hang em with clips like you would a door panel..
